Eco 10,000 is used to clean the tank and all the fuel system. It will remove sludge and algae and will reabsorbe water.
The C99 has a function of cleaning the fuel system and upper engine. But this cleaning is carried out on several full (usually two to four).
If you're in a hurry (to pass vehicle roadworthiness, opportunity you have bought and you want to "erase" heavy past ...) you can perform the cleaning operation on a single tank, with Eco 10 000.
